Effective resource management ensures that organisations can meet customer demand while controlling costs, maintaining quality, and improving productivity. Success depends on balancing available resources with operational priorities in a structured and measurable way.
This five-day course develops practical skills in resource planning, capacity management, workload balancing, utilisation analysis, and operational decision-making. Participants will work through realistic operational scenarios to improve resource allocation, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous operational performance across manufacturing and service environments.
